I honestly can't say enough about the wonderful atmosphere they have created. They welcome you in immediately as if you were family, as does everyone who attends the sessions. This place is amazing, I regret waiting as long as I did to start my journey with Clay and Triangle Academy. I look forward to every moment I get to spend on the mats with them. So happy I found Triangle and Coach Clay. Been looking for a Judo place since I moved to Nashville and never found one. Once my 5 year old wanted to start a martial art, we found Triangle that incorporates jujitsu and judo. It’s an amazing place with amazing people. Truly a family vibe. Everyone wants to help each other get better. Reminds me of the comradery of the military. If you or your kid is looking for a great place to learn - this is it.

Clay & the team have created such a fun, competitive & learning atmosphere at triangle.
Both my son & I attended individual classes and it’s been awesome for each of us..plus it’s given us a new way to connect. I’ve personally have enjoyed learning & developing my skill set at triangle and really appreciate the attitude of my other team members.
