The Everly at Historic Franklin

Courtney has been so amazing to work with! From the moment I inquired about an apartment here, she responded quickly to me and gave me a tour. I am still waiting for an opening to become available, but she has been so helpful and caring through the process, answering all my questions. I hope it works out; I’d love to have a place here. Lived here for three years and glad I did! Great location at a great price that I will miss. Although it is near everything...it is not a crowded area. The green spaces in the complex are great plus plenty of nice places to walk/run in surrounding neighborhoods and park across the street.

Brenda Lee is an excellent manager and is on top of things. You won't regret living there.

Yes...there is a train noise. I got used to it. I've seen negative reviews about noisy neighbors and that really depends on the person not so much the complex. Wouldn't say the units are noisy the way they are constructed.

Been here about 3 months now and all I can say is you get what you pay for! Everly was a little more expensive than other options I was looking at, particularly for a one bedroom ($1384/mo plus utilities). HOWEVER what I've gotten is a clean, safe apartment with top notch appliances, a private W/D, and surprisingly thick walls. (You'll always hear people living around you, but I'm surprised at how LITTLE I actually hear, especially considering the number of dogs I see on the premises.) Location is ideal and so far my neighbors seem pretty cool. The gym is beautiful and public grounds always well maintained.

I'll update this later since I know 3mo is pretty early, but so far so good. Very glad I chose this place; now I'm excited whenever I have the opportunity to work from home hahaha!

I really enjoyed living here and was sad when I had to move out. Location is one of the best in Franklin. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The units are pretty nice and spacious. Rent is affordable, especially considering the location and size of the units. I felt safe and comfortable at all times when living here. The pool area is beautiful and always made me feel like I was on vacation. The Everly puts on really great events throughout the year.

The only 2 things to consider would be - you are right behind a railroad track and there are trains that come through 1-2 times every night. My roomate and I got used to the sound, though and it didn't affect our sleep. It does seem like the maintenance and leasing staff have a high turn over. I would still recommend The Everly to anyone!
