WARNING: This review is strictly about billing
Went to this clinic in 2015, today (2018) i received a call from a collections agency from primary care clinic.
I never received a phone number or letter stating i had an overdue balance until the debt collector calls in 2018.
Admittedly I move apartments almost yearly but they do need to change their billing practice as it relates to notifying people that there is an outstanding bill / what the insurance company didn't cover.
Through all of this they have been very helpful and resolved this issue satisfactorily. If this ever becomes a 1 star review it will be because this has somehow negatively shown up on my credit report. It has not as of writing this.
