Got so lucky finding this place. There is a HUGE difference from the area “ chain” PT places. Drew will pinpoint exactly what is wrong and spends lots of time during first visit to ensure he zeros in on the problem areas. He knows everything about the way the body works and how one area can affect other areas. Once you are established, he will continue a program tweaking it to ensure you are getting a full hour of a the right procedures, 15 minutes of it being hands on to ease whatever is a problem area. The staff work so well together and have the greatest attitudes that it takes your mind off any discomfort you may have. As someone with chronic pain due to arthritis, two knee replacements and back pain that can be somewhere different every day, I can say I have not felt this good in forever. Do yourself a favor, if you are in pain make a consultation - seriously guaranteed to be life changing.

Drew is is very knowledgeable and professional but we do have a lot of fun! I'm impressed with the one-on-one time with the physical therapist vs handing you off to techs as I have experienced with other PT centers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ellie works with me too. Highly recommend Johnson & Hayes to anyone needing Physical therapy. If I'm ever in need of pt again....I'll be back!

Would highly recommend!! Drew in at the Cool Springs location has helped fix, and strengthen on going back issues. Staff is friendly and always in positive mood which is infectious. These guys know what they are doing, and enjoy helping people get better. Should be 5+ stars when you include the success of Dry needling has had on my back!!
