I’m very impressed with the level of professionalism of this company. Not only was the company extremely responsive to getting an estimate and design for my patio installation, but once a miscommunication arose it was handled quickly and gracefully. If only all businesses that I dealt with would be so tactful, my stress level would be dramatically reduced. Even better than the responsiveness, the selection of paver stones is far superior to other companies that charge extra for more popular and trendy options.

Franklin Stone is a fabulous company to work with to create wonderful outdoor spaces. Not only that but they stand behind their workmanship and are very proud of their end product. Very difficult to find workmanship like this. I highly recommend Franklin Stone.

Love my outdoor pergola and fireplace!!! Franklin Stone did a wonderful job with both the design and installation. I later had them come back to install stacked stone around all my landscaping beds. Another quality job!!! Customer service can't be surpassed! A 10 star out of 5!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Franklin Stone from start to finish. Becky came out to help us with our initial design. The showroom is great and John (owner) helped us pick our materials. Two weeks later, we had our dream outdoor space.
