It's usually not a pleasant experience when you need to call a locksmith but Kevin helped bring positivity to the situation. Kevin came to my location exactly when he said he would and provided great communication throughout. My vehicle was completely rekeyed after my spare keys were stolen and everything works great. I won't hesitate to use or recommend Cool Springs Lock & Key in the future.

Absolutely Amazing! Traditional mobile key services are sketchy at best (“come see my key grinder in the trunk of my 02’ Corolla”). HOWEVER, this is not one of those. The Sprinter van he uses is immaculate inside, very well organized, and has almost every tool you’d ever need to make keys. The service was phenomenal (text friendly, which is always a plus with the amount of meetings I’m in) and very timely. Can not recommend this company enough.
