I just took them back , Brandon was able to build them back up instead of me having to purchase new ones. He is the most honest person around ! I highly recommend this place to everyone I know !!!

He took the insert in question and added a high quality spong material and buzzed it to my specifications. This saved me hundreds of dollars on getting new inserts! If you have foot pain, Fletcher Shoes is the place for you!
