(May 1, 2021, 11:05 am)Battle Fitness and Nutrition is awesome. The strath and stretch sessions are a nice break from constant Zoom meetings which hinder mobility. Suzi is really knowledgeable and will push you to become better. I highly recommend!!

After 2 months of working out with Suzi, I am stronger, more fit and I am very pleased with my results. I look forward to working out with Suzi on "Happy Fridays" and "No pain, no gain Mondays". I highly recommend her coaching and programs.
