From the owner of Genesis… To start with, Gary is not one of our clients, his builder is. Montgomery Classic Construction is one of the premier builders in Williamson County TN. and it has been a privilege to work for them for the past 10 years or so. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch builder.

Unfortunately for Gary Elekes, he started a major home renovation project several months before the Covid catastrophe hit. No one could have predicted the craziness and or the economic turmoil that ensued. When the builder was finally ready to order the door system, 18 months after we originally talked, the price had increased dramatically, and the conditions had changed. Gary has a need to blame others for his misfortune and we became his target. As an HVAC industry professional, he knows full well what has happened to construction prices ad product availability. He knows the unfortunate reality; He just doesn’t want to accept it.

Although Gary has been extremely rude and disrespectful, we will absolutely Give him the same respect and service that we give to all our customers, and we hope that in the end, he will be happy.
