I received excellent customer service from Conner Piras from the minute I walked into the store. He was able to help me find a hot tub that would fit our deck. He was quick to respond to my questions, communicating clearly so I would feel comfortable with my purchase.

Our delivery and installation team did a good job navigating the removal of our inset tub and getting us set up. We did experience a problem following installation which led to a delay in our being able to enjoy our tub right away.

Conner was true to his word and made himself available to us, even on his day off, until the problem was solved.
