Great place to learn self-defense, get an awesome cardio workout & boost your confidence. Seriously, one of the best health experiences - both mentally & physically. Sam makes the classes fun while challenging yourself. Cara and the rest of the crew are super supportive. Tons of classes throughout the week for all skill levels. If you're looking for OR considering a martial arts class/studio this is the place!!!

The instructors bring 100% of their dedication to class to provide students with the mindset & techniques for the real world. In addition to that, they are warm, welcoming, and create community. As a student, the schedule provides flexibility to balance with other commitments in my life, week by week mindset & technique growth is noticeable, and I always feel supported. They create an environment that pushes your limits in a positive way.

We have been so pleased with our experience here so far. We have 2 kids in their twice a week mid-day class and my husband and MIL attend the adult classes too. The instructor Sam is excellent. Encouraging and kind but also keen on good form and excellence. Highly recommend this place!!

Peter takes his work seriously!! My teenage daughter takes from the Franklin location and these classes have built up her confidence, gotten her in incredible shape and taught her some seriously fierce self defense tactics. The music is loud and pumps you up....as well as the instructors! Well worth every penny!!

The instructors, atmosphere and teaching is great. My whole family goes, my 5 and 7 year olds love the instruction, I’ve seen a total change in confidence and focus in them. I’ve attended other martial arts/Krav school and Nashville Krav is superior in every way. I Highly recommend NKM if your looking for a place to learn self defense, as an adult or for your children.
