Very welcoming for all levels of athletes. Good instruction for a solid foundation. Title Coaches get to know each person on an individual level to provide the tools they will need to succeed. Overall, I was so impressed after my first visit I signed up before leaving, thank you Caleb.

I absolutely LOVE Title! It’s a killer workout, but it’s so much fun! I always leave more energized! It also makes me feel empowered and strong. There’s just something about punching a bag that just makes you feel like a badass. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!

I have been going to Title Boxing in Cool Springs for over a year. I have historically been a runner and decided to try it out, and I. AM. HOOKED. I love all of the trainers and look forward to every class. I have noticed a HUGE change in my arms, shoulders, back, legs, everything really. I highly recommend anyone give it a try, you don't have to be in great shape to take a class, you can truly go at your own pace.

I think boxing is an effective whole body workout that also provides good stress relief. The facility is kept in good working order and clean. It is a welcoming environment where people are encouraged to be their best. I like that it is more about competing with yourself than with others. There are several great instructors that make an effort to know you as an individual and provide quality instruction to help improve your workout and prevent injury. Overall, a great place to workout!
