Franklin Estates Mobile Home Park

The old owner was a mean gay guy he use to cuss and mistreat the Hispanics in the neighborhood and I'm not Hispanic im white but I did not like that at all bc the Mexican people in the park are the nicest people you will ever meet...my grandmother lives in the park and she said the new owner is nice..also the maintenance guy I cant remember his name but he takes care of the pool and stuff anyways hes a great guy...only complaint I have is they bump the rent up 15$ like twice a year and that shit adds up after a while...if it wasnt for that I woulda gave 5 stars.

Absolutely charming. I love that the guest room and bathroom were in one end of the home. I am a very interactive person and enjoy getting to know new people. It was wonderful to hear her stories and the pride in her family. The bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have slept on in years.
This Airbnb is saved as one of my favorites and plan on making reservations well in advance.
