The staff from administration, nursing, health care assistants, activities director, housekeeping and dining, were caring, loving and attentive to mom's needs and always available to answer any questions or concerns. In the year mom was in their care, she was happy, loved and engaged in the many activities they provided. In all of my time visiting mom I never heard anyone, resident or staff, speak in a raised voice or harsh tone. The sounds that greeted me were those of laughter and friendly conversation. “Went to asukas to celebrate my youngest son's first communion. Opens at 4 and I suggest you get there then to sit at hibachi. They get really busy at 5/6 and the wait is long. The food was great and the atmosphere is jovial. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. They have a full bar. The restaurant has only 4 hibachi areas (2 grills each). We also had some rolls that were good as well. All in all a pleasant experience for 6 people to celebrate.”
