(March 16, 2023, 12:22 pm)T-mobile as a general business is very complicated and makes it hard for customers to easily use and upgrade their service (even when every bill is paid on time for 8+ years). However this specific store has very helpful associates; Joy spent over an hour trying to help me get an upgrade for my line. Noticing how complicated phone representatives were being with the situation, Claire even used her time to help us as well. There was no avail but I do appreciate their help, patience and customer service!
