Super grateful to Dr Jones for getting me in so quickly!! She was super awesome! Her assistant was extremely nice and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Faucette did a fantastic job with my root canal treatment today. Everyone in the office was very friendly, professional, and put me at ease throughout the entire process. 5 stars!
Have been a patient of Endodontic Associates for over twenty years. The entire staff always exceeds expectations no matter the office location. Dr. Faucette just provided another very comfortable molar root canal experience. Thanks for the great care!
Had my 1st root canal today. Doc Jones and her staff were Great! Hope I never have to go back, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands!
This was the second time I went to check on a problem tooth at this office with Dr. Workman. The first time, I was told that the tooth did not require treatment yet. He told me that one day, it might flare up, and it sure did a year an a half later. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. I was reassessed, and he determined the nerve had died, which completely explained the level of pain earlier in the week, and abrupt end to the pain the day before. I got scheduled for a root canal the same day. Perhaps I'm just fortunate, but I experienced no pain during or after the procedure. He said that it would hurt some the next day, but it didn't. I didn't even need ibuprofen. My procedure didn't feel much different than a regular filling, except that it took a little longer.
The office staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Workman is exceptional. He explains everything, tells you what to expect beforehand and during the procedure. As for giving shots, I don't think anyone could do a better job. Thanks, guys!
