“Probably the most pleasant car buying experience ever. The vehicle price was spot on, and they never tried to sell me any additional costly items. I asked for the extended warranty, they didn't pressure me into getting one. I called them in advance, informed them that we were driving down because vehicles in our area were becoming over priced, and they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. They had the vehicle ready when we got there. After the test drive and checking it out, we may have stayed only 30 additional minutes for the paperwork. After we returned home from buying it, we scheduled an appointment with our local dealership. The only thing they found was a dry rotted tire, which we replaced. Awesome, hassle free experience from a smaller dealership.”

Charisse (the owner) assisted me in piecing together an entire ensemble with hat, shirt-jacket, pants and earrings. I purchased additional clothing items I couldn’t live without as well. 😁 In this crazy 2020 of donning a quarantine wardrobe, i.e., fitness attire and pj’s, along with turning 60 I needed a fashion attitude face-lift. “Store is packed with UT and Preds stuff, of which I am a fan of neither(Alabama fan here). Getting my vehicle worked on down the road and had some time to kill, so I stopped in to browse around, not knowing which teams the store was representing. The store manager, tall, black guy with glasses, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, even after finding out I’m a Bama fan. We talked for a good 35 minutes about anything and everything, and just to thank him for his hospitality, I bought a guitar pick sticker for my vehicle. I have family that are UT fans, and I know where I’ll be going to get gifts for them when I need to. I wish more retail stores were as customer service driven as this dude was.”
