Absolute Auto Repair

This was not my (previous) usual shop, but they are closest to my house so one night, in a pinch, I had my car towed there to have some work done the following day. I've now had a handful of experiences there and I've been quite happy with their work, their customer service, and my experiences there in general. I'll gladly recommend them to friends and plan to be a repeat customer!

Full transparency, I am writing this review as the daughter of David and Melani, the owners. One of my most compelling childhood memories is seeing my parents pray that their customers would be financially blessed so that getting their vehicles repaired wouldn't burden them or cause them to go without some other need. This was a regular, almost daily occurrence. I heard many behind-closed-doors conversations about keeping prices as fair as possible. I constantly heard them talking so kindly and complimentary about their customers. My dad loves what he does and he's built this business from the ground up. He is TRULY a master at his craft, he understands cars as a second nature like breathing. My mom, who you'll meet in the lobby, just generally loves humanity and would give you the shirt off her back. I grew up watching them be charitable, true-blue Christians with the utmost integrity. The work they do on your vehicle will speak for itself--haphazard and low quality is just not an option for them. Your vehicle will receive the highest quality work. They won't send out a vehicle that they wouldn't let their children or grandchildren ride in. You can trust that the service you get will be safe, fair, and thorough.

My Ranger broke down right outside their shop. I had never noticed it before even though I drive the same route all the time. I was stranded, and they helped me. Fit me in same day between some other jobs they had going. Got me rolling again in 3 hrs (billed me for 2).

I'd like to say the price was good and the work honest, but I don't know that for sure cuz I'm not mechanically inclined. I do know, though, that they did right by me. That deserves recognition.
