Busy Bee Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Just moved to the area and needed plumbing and hvac all checked out! They got me on the schedule quickly and all inspections done in 2 days! All my problems resolved and fixed!

Shane and micha was our technicians and they both did such a fabulous job and both had amazing personalities!

We called Busy Bee at 4:45 pm, worried that it was too late to reach anyone. But a professional person answered and after getting the details of our a/c problem (it had quit in 90degree weather) she explained the cost breakdown for a visit and said someone would be right over. We were surprised we could get someone that late and a man was at our house in no time. He was extremely professional and very courteous. He listened to our issue and had the a/c back on in no time (our condenser had froze from a low charge). Cost was very reasonable and we were kept apprised each step of the way so there were no surprises.
This is the second time we used Busy Bee - the first was over a year ago for a plumbing prob and the service was the same - everyone we spoke to was courteous, professional and kept us informed each step of the way so there were no surprise charges.
This is a TOP NOTCH company and will be our GoTo for any issues going forward. We’re even going to sign up for semi annual maintenance services on our heat pump and water lines.

We had an emergency air conditioner problem on a Friday night. Tom was our technician from Busy Bee. He was here in just an hour or so after my call, was very reassuring, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. This was during one of the hottest days of the year in Tennessee! Our system was up and running in about a half hour. I highly recommend this company, and Tom in particular!

Our hot water heater went out & reached out to a couple of businesses for quotes - hot water heater and water treatment/descaler. Gary Scott with Busy Bee came out and walked us through everything. Explained, answered questions, gave us options and even when asked gave us his opinion. We ended up doing the hot water heater replacement, new water treatment system and had our whole house repiped. Seth Sullivan and his team did all the work. His crew was professional, polite, explained and walked us through what they did. I can’t say enough about this company. Professional, polite, cleaned up before they left and our piping looks for neat and tidy (under our sinks and behind our toilets). I recommend Busy Bee hands down - I now even have my daughter using them. Oh and don’t forget to sign up for the Bee Hive - well worth it!!!! They beat all the offers but $3000. My experience with Busy Bee was top-notch. They took care of my needs much faster than I had any right to expect. Stephanie, the receptionist, and Carter Sutton, the technician, were both prompt and thorough in communication. Busy Bee will be the first one I'll call for future plumbing needs.
