“Staff is so polite and friendly. Everything was clean and there was no clutter anywhere in the building. The appearance is very warm and inviting. They had Christmas decorations throughout the building. My mom is there for rehab and the physical therapist is a very understanding and caring lady. She didn't overly push my mom to do more than she could handle. This seems to be a wonderful facility .”

“I'm giving 5 stars because I have had years of experience with Bruce. He is a wonderful, caring dentist. But I will say this....Bruce was very caring to me several years ago to the point that he did lots of work on me that I couldn't pay for and allowed me to run with an account. I messed that up by not being able to keep up with payments and having a balance due for 5 plus years. That's completley my fault. I now make good money with my job. When I called to have a bridge Bruce put in for me replaced because it broke (15 year old bridge, it was time), they required me to pay the balance, which I did, gladly as I now have money to do that. I went to my scheduled appointment and was told that irregardless of insurance which won't pay much, that I have to pay the full amount and get reimbursed by insurance. When I tried to pay with my Visa debit card, the card I paid the $1600 plus amount I owed with, I was given a hard time. I do understand that I made bad choices before and I appreciate Dr. Bruce Johnson for taking care of me not knowing if I could pay or not. But, I'm older now. I make good money. It really hurt today that I felt judged and completely disregarded as a prior patient. I want Bruce to replace my bridge because I trust him and, well after all these years, he knows my mouth and he knows what I've had done....because he did most of it. . He is a wonderful dentist, a conscientious person and one I trust to fix me. It really hurt being given the 3rd degree and judged by the staff even after I paid my debt. Now personal stuff done. You need a wonderful person to take care of your dental needs, please see Bruce Johnson December 18, 2019 I really wanted to post a separate, new review as a follow up the review I posted several months ago; but Google won't let me post a new review or I'm just too ignorant to figure out how. Lol I have to say, after the previous encounter when I was so hurt, redemption has occurred. And, honestly, on that previous review, it was a combination of one or two people and my own insecurities that made me feel the way I did. But, those feelings were real, both the good and the bad. Now, as a follow up....the bridge got replaced, and it is beautiful. Bruce did a fabulous job, as I knew he would. Bruce's team has been nothing but wonderful after that initial encounter I reviewed....to the point that I was asked about the review and received reassurance that they truly did not mean to make me feel the way I did. Somehow, on Monday night, I "chipped" one of the front teeth of the bridge. I called Tuesday morning to see about getting it repaired. Knowing I really didnt need to miss work, Kendra searched the calendar and told me what was open. I was able to go Tuesday afternoon. I posted this on Facebook earlier... "My dentist's office was so kind and so sympathetic when I called about this chip in my bridge. They had me come in this afternoon to try to repair it. The sad part is, I usually take any broken pieces, extra parts, whatever, with me when things like this happens, but I forgot to take the "chip" with me today. He would have filed the area down and try to make it better, but very up front in that the best way is for me to bring that chip in and let him "bond" it back into the bridge. Bruce, himself, even got on the calendar and found a time for me to come back in tomorrow morning to do it. Then, we even had a brief conversation about getting through the holidays and then determine if the whole bridge should be replaced (under warranty, I might add). So, thank you Dr. Bruce Johnson and your team for working so hard to help me out. This is why I used to drive from Atlanta back to Lebanon for dental work, and now from Nashville to Lebanon." Today, while my bridge still needs repair, was very positive and so uplifting. Thank you Kendra, Valerie, Susan (forgive me if I got your name wrong), and of course Dr. Bruce. Great to see you Teresa even though you didnt get to torture me today. Lol (she's the hygienist and I hate getting my teeth cleaned. Lol).”
