Charles runs an outstanding operation. Quick turnaround, clear communication, excellent craftsmanship. Definitely plan on sending him a few more frames. I had him put a palmswell in a Glock 48/43x frame and it made a big difference in the ergonomics.

I found Charles through his website. Over the years I've favored Gen3 Glocks and favored a variety of wrap-around grips, most notably Talon. Decided to try custom stippling and settled on the Executive option from Charles. This is on a NIB Gen3 Glock 19. Charles turned around the work in just a few weeks and I feel the long-term value is well worth the investment. Looking to send him more Glocks this year.
