Found and booked this place through Air B&B. Its a different and unique place to stay, i mean you don't see very many offerings to sleep in a horse stall in a stable!!. Jay and his team are doing a great with this facility to use it as a Bed & Breakfast, camp ground, and an event venue. First off, yes you can book and sleep in a renovated horse stall. The stalls have 2 beds, one up in a loft, toilet and shower, sink, mini fridge, and television. They have on-site a kitchen that you can order pizza, pasta dishes, meatball subs. They have available to registered guests a soda machine, tea and sweet tea, coffee, and popcorn. Also for registered guests, they offer a very hearty and delicious breakfast options. And most importantly, the staff are the nicest people!!! Very friendly, curtious, and helpful group of people.
This is a very unique and wonderful destination to stay at or to eat. Very clean, the staff was very polite and helpful. The grounds are very well taken care of as well the rooms you stay in. I stayed in the main horse stable in room 11 . The inside is cozy but would be a tight fit for more than 2 people. I'm not saying a party more than 2 is not a good idea, just mentioning it's easier to have more space with 2 people. There are restrooms and showers for camping and the A frame buildings. This was definitely great and well taken care of. If you're looking for something different book a horse stable room.
Awesome venue!! Booked 7 cabins on a Friday and Saturday night for my wife’s birthday weekend with friends and family. Jay, Pique, and all the staff were most accommodating for our event. The Friday night music jam was top notch. The food was excellent, and the southern style breakfast was to die for. Lots of great memories made around the campfire. Highly recommended!! Oh yea, also pet friendly!
Spent 5 nights here and this is southern hospitality at its finest. Sleeping in a stall of the horse barn that’s better appointed than nearly every hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff is so courteous in looking after your every need. The food is just wonderful and Shawna the cook remembered my name every morning for breakfast which is complimentary with your stay and is a $20 value per person for sure. Live music for n Friday and Saturday nights and again on Sunday am at cowboy church. Loved this place so much I actually hate to be leaving. I know I’ll be back.
Found Starstruck while searching for a place for a work trip. This place is perfect. I got a horse stall in the barn. It offered a place to work, comfy bed, fantastic staff, and relaxing atmosphere. Best of all, after a long day Jayleone’s is 15 steps away. Their pizza is tasty and the crust perfectly not too chewy, not too crispy. Get the mini, it’s bigger than you think. I’d choose to stay here again if given a chance.
