Alex was extremely helpful from the very start, he also performed additional research on my particular device to uncover design flaws for me to consider addressing. During the time parts were ordered, they reached out multiple times to provide updates (shipping delays related to Covid-19) but once they got delivered, the repairs were completed quickly. I had to have a computer repaired due to a power surge. They fixed my computer along with an upgrade. They also built a new pc for my son and they did an awesome job. They explained everything in detail and were very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone needing PC upgrades or repairs.
