(May 31, 2023, 7:20 pm)Annie was so kind and worked me in last minute for Botox injections in my trap muscles that had recently been causing me a lot of pain. She’s so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She makes the whole experience enjoyable and just an overall great atmosphere.
(April 7, 2023, 3:36 pm)I’m just rating my initial visit. I was very impressed with Annie and her calm and sweet way of explaining what might work best for me and my skin care goals. She even encouraged me to put a treatment off because she is getting a new treatment tool she feels will give me a better result. .
(January 6, 2023, 9:00 pm)Annie is such a gem! She is so professional and takes the time with you to talk through what you are hoping to achieve with your treatment. She takes photos to show your progress and marks your face (I know it seems like everyone should, but THEY DON’T). She makes you feel at ease. I am a happy customer and recommend The Refinery to anyone who is looking to feel refreshed and have a little more confidence!
(January 6, 2023, 3:34 pm)Annie is wonderful! She has extensive, advanced nursing skills that I believe show in her bedside manner and attention to every small detail. She will work very patiently to create a plan unique to you! I feel very prepared for each procedure no matter how big or small. With each visit she continues to assess your ongoing needs.
Most importantly, my skin looks and feels better than it has in years!
I would (and have) recommend Annie without hesitation and look forward to seeing her again soon! Wish I could give her ALL the stars- you will not be disappointed!
