Being a member of 3 Star CrossFit has been a great experience. The trainers are super to work with. They are very attentive and step in to make timely corrections if you need it. The programming is also excellent. The people in the gym are also a pleasure to be around. Everyone is friendly and of course, supportive like all good boxes.
I highly recommend 3 Star CrossFit. I joined the gym couple months ago and there wasn't a single moment that I haven't enjoyed. It was probably one of the best decisions that I made to rejoin Crossfit after 3 long years. The members and trainers of the gym are some of the friendliest people I have met and want to see you achieve your fitness goals. A big thing for me was that the trainers are very focused on you lifting properly so that you don't injure yourself. All in all this is a great place if you want a friendly atmosphere and want to achieve your fitness goals.
This community of people is amazing. There is no judgment regardless of wherever you are starting from, or if you’ve had any experience in fitness or not. I have a long way to go, and have been attending for 3 months now and have never feel like I’m doing something totally different than the more experienced members or that I’m just a number for the gym. If you’ve ever thought about being more active, they will help you do it in a healthy way. Can’t say enough good things!
I absolutely love this gym and it's coaches. The coaches take the time to explain the movements so the excercizes are done properly. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. If you are wondering if you should jump in to the CrossFit world, this is the place to do it, I'm glad I did.
My wife and I go to this gym and I think it's one of the best ones out there. The training is intentional and planned out over cycles of multiple weeks. The emphasis isn't on merely that day but also on improving and training for goals in the future. The coaches encourage not just making the highest score but also on form and lifting better over time. There's a large community of great people and everyone's nice and welcoming. Easy to make friends and have fun. Definitely recommend it.
