I started working with Preston in the summer of 2021 to purchase our first home. Being first time home buyers was a very intimidating thing, as we knew nothing and were completely unfamiliar with the process.

Preston worked with us throughout and was always available to answer questions we had. He treated is like friends, not like your standard salesman. We never felt pressured to buy. In fact, he would be very informative with us to ensure we had set realistic goals.

After selecting our home, it still took 4 1/2 months to close due to issues on the sellers end, but Preston stuck with it and got us to the finish line.

When we got in the trenches of our inspection period, Preston provided trust-worthy advice on what and wasn’t necessary to repair. When fixes were needed, Preston was able to make terrific, cost-effective recommendations to quickly move us along in the process and make sufficient repairs. Having a realtor with a construction background is a must when buying and selling a home!

My wife and I were looking to sell our home and buy something larger. As our family was growing (we recently had a baby!), we realized that our current home was much too small. It was a bit of a daunting experience to put our house on the market while looking for a new home to purchase at the same time, but Preston made the experience very enjoyable! He was so knowledgeable and my wife and I felt very informed. We got our former house sold right away, and we LOVE our new house!
