LEE Company always provides great Customer Service. High priced, but you get what yu pay for.
I've never had where work / service was done and then we had an issue for follow on / additional work required and how Lee Company handles the cost to the customer, so we'll see. I never have had a complaint and feel comfortable that when Lee Company sends a technician, we will get quality, ontime and professional work.

The tech was very friendly and explained everything clearly. He was not pushy and was professional. We have definitely found our HVAC guys and possibly more!

Excellent everything!! I dealt with 3 technicians and all 3 of them were A+. Eric, Brendon, Clay- 100% top notch service. Ted the manager - 100% top notch service. Their price was below market, service above market. Hands down they are now my to go for all services that they provide. The issues were fixed perfectly and everyone followed up with me until everything was tp my satisfaction. They were all very naturally kind and worked really well together. You felt like someone you knew personally was doing the job. The quality of work was exceptional. No rushing. They all took their time getting the job done right the first time. I am very pleased !

Marshall showed up after hours and worked till almost midnight trying to restore our A/C. While he wasn't able to complete the repair due to needed parts, he followed through with good communication the next day and was able to restore our A/C the following day. He seemed very knowledgeable and certainly determined to resolve issues in our multi-zone system. Based on my experience with Marshall from Lee Company, I would definitely recommend their services for HVAC-related issues.
