I called Allstate with a question about my liability for an automobile accident and Lisa W helped with getting the question answered. I had to be put on hold in order for her to call another party and told me she would place me on hold for no more than two minutes. If it was going to take longer she would call me back later. And she did exactly what she said.

I always appreciate it when I'm treated as a valued customer and kept informed of what's going on during a call instead of waiting on hold for an indeterminate amount of time.

Very highly qualified staff. I just got done working with Lisa, she was amazing. She looked into everything, got all the information together and then she called me back with the quote.
