Amazing! Great customer service, especially Max, who made the process both fun and easy the whole way through. I always dread the paperwork at the end, but it went fairly quick. I LOVE my car! We found the car we wanted, and found the best price at Auto Max in Mt. Juliet, TN. We purchased from out of state and Tommy was very helpful with the process! When we flew out to get the vehicle, he picked us up from the airport. It didn't take long to sign papers, but by the time we left we felt like family. We love the car and thoroughly enjoyed working with Tommy!!

Wow, what a clean dealership, super nice staff, great selection of cars, and knowledgeable people who know how to sell a car. Walked in, was promptly greeted, directed to their vast selection of cars...test drove a car without staff (which was nice), and no longer than one hours later, I drove off in a new car. No hidden fees, no scams, no pressure. This is how car buying should be!

All the staff there were very friendly, cooperative, and eager to help. Process of buying a car there was stress-free and I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't a complimentary argument or haggle war included with my purchase. Max was super friendly and checked up on us even when we were being helped by another employee. This was the easiest, most painless, most enjoyable Auto purchase experience I've ever had.
