(September 16, 2013, 2:44 pm)I have been going to Dr. Scoggins for several years now. He is very thorough and explains what is going on with your eye(s). He has the latest equipment and has added online scheduling or questions; and will respond before the day is over. I took my Mother and Grandson to him too and they liked the service they received. Kimberly, his receptionist is also very friendly and efficient. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.
