Associates are always very kind & helpful. Everytime I place an order online once I get to the store they get my order in a timely manner & are nice while doing it.

Two registers open. It's 11:50 am and beautiful out. Additional options would be helpful when it comes to checking out.

edit- though the line was slow moving, the cashier Vinita was kind, patient and had a beautiful personality. Of course I'll be back. I love Penny's!

I made a purchase a few days ago and was blown away at how personable and professional the associates treated me. I also appreciate and feel a little more safer that every employee I saw, was wearing a mask! I really wish that some of the other customers were as considerate. I saw that around almost half of the customers were walking around with either no mask, or a mask pulled down and of no use. My only complaint is that I do wish Penney's would require all customers to wear a mask. I bought 2 rings for my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift and she really loved them both. My Penney's credit card has saved me a fortune over the years. Thank you Penney's for having great gifts at great prices!
