“I had seen two other pelvic floor physical therapists before Kelly and neither of them were able to fully fix my lingering postpartum issues. When I went to Kelly, I immediately felt comfortable and confident that she was going to be able to help me the right way this time. She really took the time to listen and ask questions during our assessment and dug deeper than the other physical therapists had done to really uncover what was going on with me instead of just putting me on some generic exercise program. She catered to my personal needs, and never made me feel stupid for questions I asked or exercises I needed a little more help getting right. She even made me feel comfortable in some not-so-comfortable assessments that come with pelvic floor pt, and that’s so important for a recovering postpartum woman. I had six sessions with Kelly and that was all it took to get me back to feeling confident enough to run, workout with minimal modifications, and even just pick up my daughter with no pain. I will forever be grateful for her helping me feel like me again. Her knowledge, compassion, and genuine love for what she does is something you don’t find everyday.
