The folks are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They’ve come a long way with their social media presence lately too, which is great. The room was set up very nice and he offered lots of customization including aromatherapy, colored lights, music choice & table heat all at no extra charge. Prices are extremely reasonable especially with all the great deals he offers. The only construction advice I would give to him is make sure you introduce yourself when seeing a new client :)”

“After moving to Mt. Juliet I did research for days on where to take my car for repairs, I couldn’t find one bad review on Mark’s so I went with them. Now Mark’s is the only place I will take my car to be worked on. Every time I’ve taken my car to them it has been fixed quickly, with no issues after the fact, and for a fair price. I’ve also had them tell me when things aren’t needed for my car when I’ve asked, that again shows they are more interested in being an honest company than anything else. They are a fair and honest and they care about doing quality work, which isn’t an easy thing to find anymore. They are a family owned business and seem to rely more on word of mouth than doing a lot of advertising. I would 100% recommend Mark’s to anyone who needs work done on a vehicle.”

I assumed it’d cost more than it was worth to have it repaired, so I donated it to him so he could use it for parts in his business. He quickly picked it up so we didn’t have to deal with taking it to the dump. He was kind and gracious to receive the donation and even gave us some weed eater replacement parts for our weed eater in exchange for our donated mower.
