I spoke with an agent to activate, actually reactivate my card, successfully. I attempted to call find out my pin. I failed miserably. The phone system updated with completely different parameters in about 1 hour. Also, they are kinda far. I intend to close this account. Phone verification and customer service in every account I deal with has been going down hill for about a decade.”

I went by yesterday & had a great experience, even though I was just closing my HSA the young lady (she told me that she typically works at another location & I apologize that I forgot her name) was efficient, genuinely nice, & prompt. The reason I decided to leave a review is because the last few experiences that I had at this specific location have also been pleasant.
