“I come here every week and I am always pleased with the service I receive. The staff is friendly, and the pumps are pretty clean. This gas station is almost always full of people either pumping or buying stuff so you might have to wait a bit. They just launched a rewards program so the savings will be even greater, all you have to do is give your phone number at the register when you pay and sign up after formerly online or on your phone.”

I definitely got my money’s worth for lunch and that’s hard to say in this economy these days. Trying to find any kind of home cooking is hard on the go and fast food isn’t worth it anymore. “Manager (i believe) who took care of me at check out was obviously busy with an abundance of items behind the counter that were out of place looked like clutter hell back there she was so busy with that that while checking me out she forgot to hit something and my card declined plus i had to go #1 so bad there was about to be a cleanup in check out about to be called and she had to not only get the key but personally escort me to unlock the bathroom door for me and to both of our surprise there was half a bag of kitty litter strewn across the floor for some reason HOWEVER despite all these things Ms. Manager or clerk or whatev her title is not once even frowned a little bit! She has a pleasant attitude and wonderful customer service. This store is not in what anyone at all would call a "good neighborhood" but she made me feel like i was on the other side of town in there and even had a sweet little question/statement for me when i was walking out despite still being busy with stuff behind the counter people in line and a cop asking her questions at the moment too. It's personal what the statement/question was but it was very sweet and considerate of her and her attitude makes her a customer service angel anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee!”

Not only do they serve southern comfort food, but they also offer Asian comfort foods in a nod to the owners heritage. I tried both and was equally impressed! The owner, Judy, is delightful to talk to. Customer service is obviously a priority for her and her son. Overall, this place is worth the drive to gladeville and I would highly recommend it!”

“When I was short a few cents for coffee, my cashier Miran kindly worked some magic on the register so that I didn't have to go back to my car to grab more change. And it made my day because while I'm not impoverished, if someone truly in need was trying to buy that cup, I feel like he would have done the same thing. That kind of service warms my heart. I come here several times per week. Folks may complain in reviews that the place isn't well-managed, but honestly it looks to me like those customers are actually more of a mess themselves. Nothing wrong with this Twice Daily location.”
