She took her time to listen about the difficulties I was experiencing and then explained what to use and how to use it step by step to successfully replicate the look by myself at home the same way she did. After I purchased the products she recommended for me( 3 items yikes!) I went home and followed her steps. I was so seriously impressed! Not only did it work and looked just the same but it lasted 3 days! wow! Plus she wrote everything down for me, so I could remember exactly how to do it. That in itself was very helpful to be able to read as I did my hair. Her advice hands down has been the best educational experience I've ever had with any stylist EVER! If you are struggling with your hair in any way, please do yourself a favor and ask Brandi to help you solve your hair troubles! I was hesitant to spend so much on products but I'm telling you purchase the products. It only takes a very small amount and my hair always stays smelling so fresh for days! I ordered two bottles of Downy, 2 large bottles of Dawn dishwashing detergent, a large bottle of Mr. Clean, and 2 large bottles of Tide. Everything but the Tide came in a couple of days after ordering. Everything was well sealed and put in baggies. I received the Tide a few days later, and the caps were not sealed with tape as the other bottles had been, and product leaked out. The bottles were in a plastic bag, so it didn't make a mess in the box, but there was a lot of wasted product. I did an online chat and let them know what happened. Within less than 2 minutes, they had ordered two replacement bottles free of charge. No hassle. I will definitely be ordering again!”
