We were then greeted , by name warmly by a special care person who gave us her card and let us know we could always call her and she would get us connected to who we needed to speak to at that moment. It really means a lot when one is already facing difficult times to know the love, care, and the prayers of others whom you don't know are with you, and you are not just a number, but a person.
