“I went today to have a scope. A very normal procedure for most, however I have been through a lot of bad experiences. Which over the years has given me major anxiety at any medical facility. I have medicine for situations like this but because it was a scope I could not take it. Every second that went by I felt myself about to freak out and leave. First Mrs. Bernie, calmed me down in the best way! Not a lot of people know how to deal with someone having a panic attack , but she did! I am so grateful to her for that! When I got to the back Michelle took care of me with nothing but kindness. The Dr. and his staff in the room were great, but when I woke up there was another girl that I didn’t get her name she was just as kind with me. Let me say this the reason I am writing this is because it may be a usual thing for your staff , but I don’t receive treatment like that. I am usually treated the complete opposite. With that being said you all deserve a very big Thankyou! Meant the world to me!”
