“I am a Parkinson's patient that is amazed by the care I receive at Vanderbilt by ALL the staff. So much so, that we (my wife & I) have referred several individuals to Vanderbilt. One episode that really impressed me was when I was making a trip from the Neurology Dept. to the cafeteria to get a cup of coffee, (and this PD patient was moving slowly), as many as twelve (12) employees of Vanderbilt stopped and asked if they could assist me in any way. (And it keeps getting better) The cashier said, "I have not did my good deed for the day", and paid for my cup of coffee! What amazes me, is that this attitude seems to prevail throughout Vanderbilt. I now go to Vandy's cardiology, as well as Neurology clinic. I AM ALWAY PLEASED!!! Oh, I about forgot to mention, we live about 2-3 hours away, and yet, will be seeing a relative soon to refer that individual to Vanderbilt. ”

“Plenty of parking in front and rear of building. I had security riding around I felt safe. The lobby was clean. The ladies friendly. But one was snacking in front of the office. Plenty of seats for your wait. Good music playing in the lobby. The back was clean and neat. I would choose this location again in the future if needed. They also offer physical therapy at this location. It's close to the Express way. But plan to wait awhile so bring something to read..”
