“I purchased a washer and dryer from this company in December, my dryer went out on me in May, I knew the warranty was up. I attempted to see if my uncle could fix it but it looked like he wasn't sure, and I wasn't about to buy parts for a dryer not really knowing if that was the issue. I called R&G and Rodney offered to fix it or give me another one at a discounted price, which ever was cheapest. He came the same day and gave me another dryer similar to the one I had, but NEWER!!! Rodney was extremely professional. Throughout the delivery he made me laugh and made sure my new dryer was ready to go by attaching my dryer vent for me. I really appreciated the service. “Louis, his son and his crew did a great job updating my gravel driveway, parking area, adding a gravel terrace and turn-around, replacing some vinyl siding and a downspout. I also have quotes on some other projects that I hope to have done at some point. They went out of their way, (literally) to do the job right. Louis drove to Clarksville to get siding that matched exactly, even though they do not make that particular siding anymore. They had a siding that was similar in design but the exact color of the old. I can't wait until spring to add all my potted plants, furniture and pavers to the terrace!”
