No fewer than a dozen employees offered assistance throughout my 2 hour shopping trip, from a gentleman helping me operate the scooter when I arrived until a nice man helping me when I left. No one was condescending or obvious about their offers of assistance - they were just bright and cheerful and kind. I wish I knew the names of these great workers so I could praise them individually, but they were in every department from pet supplies, housewares, patio/gardening, and cosmetics. He was very eager to please and understanding when I changed my mind on how low I wanted the huge and heavy light fixture in our 2 story great room. Thank goodness he is a fireman with Smyrna, TN fire department and was not afraid to climb high ladders. I have referred Don to everyone I know, so much so he was too busy to do some recent electrical work for me. What a bummer - but if you can get him - he's worth waiting to have work done by him. He wired our 3000 square ft log home inside and out without any complaints from the codes inspector.”

“Interior Transformations and team are the best! I completely recommend them for any of your renovation or remodel jobs. We first contracted them to install our new hardwood floors. Owner, Bill Hill came to measure the rooms in our home and gave us a full list of all materials we would need and offered recommendations on installing as if it were his own home. To Bill, it was a simple installation like a weekend DIY project and was hired on the spot. We felt comfortable for his confidence and knowledge and he and his team demonstrated professionalism every day through the installation. They did a tremendous job! While they were Installing our wooden floors we learned Interior Transformations also did renovations and remodels, which led to our master bathroom remodel. I have completely disliked my bathroom from the day we built our house almost 10 years ago. The vanity tops, tub, and shower were boring cultured marble, The shower leaked and the fixtures had lost their luster. Bill and Tracy promised to make it special and do it right, and they did! I was even able to help in the demolition and smash that ugly bath tub! I was totally impatient during the entire project, but I knew exactly what I wanted. Now I have beautiful granite vanities, a wonderful soaker tub and the most exquisite shower in the county. I know I do! Bill, Tracy, and team of Interior Transformations were always here when they said they would be, always professional and respectful, and most importantly cleaned as they went along. They gave me my dream bathroom that I absolutely LOVE! Best part is they have become very good family friends.”

Most shelves were stocked and there were more floor members for assistance. Besides the self checkout, there were multiple lines open. The cashiers were mostly under alcohol selling age so there was a short wait for a manager to complete the transaction. This was an overall good visit.”
