“I had a smoke alarm beeping in my stairway that is too high for me to reach comfortably. Scott from Beacon Hill came out to take a look. He grabbed his tallest ladder, asked for a towel to put on the top portion of the ladder so he wouldn't damage my walls and figured out how to get it setup so he could reach the smoke alarm safely. He was very friendly and professional. Would mostly definitely request Scott from Beacon again, should I have any additional electrical needs.”

“Great location. Just a small drive through kiosk/stand. Very friendly employees, and I got my smoothie faster than I had gotten it at any of the other brick-and-mortar locations. Frankly, I wish they were all like this. I like it much better. I am adding this portion to the review because of what happened just a few days ago. A few days ago, not only did I receive a great smoothie, but my engine began overheating as I was pulling through the drive through, and I had to hurriedly park in a space to turn the car off before some real damage was done. Someone on the team brought my smoothie out to me, and after I had been sitting there several minutes to allow the engine to cool, two of your team members, Aaron Rodriguez and his wife, Morgan, came out and checked on me to make sure that I was okay. I told them that I would be okay and that I was letting the engine cool so that I could take it about a mile and a half up the road to a shop to let them look at it. However, Aaron and Morgan insisted on helping me by providing coolant for my engine. Morgan then followed me to the shop to make sure that nothing happened to me on the way. She even blocked some traffic for me with her car to make sure that I got there safely enough without having to gun (press on the gas hard) my car. These were some of the nicest people I had ever met, they were my angels that evening. I really hope that whomever their manager is will see this and commend them for their efforts. In this crazy world, it is refreshing to see nice, unselfish, people. God bless them!”

“Came in a couple months ago in uniform being stationed out here in TN. Service was on point from bartender. I got asked to sit next to some guys currently eating as they saw me in uniform and ended up paying for my meal. I appreciate the support from local TN Great Americans and service from young lady behind the bar!! Food was good just couldn’t eat it fast enough because of the conversation being had with everyone. “I took my 2 year old dog here for her first appointment after adopting her and Savannah's Crossing is amazing! To start, the front desk staff were super sweet and energetic. Once we got into the room the vets kept that same energy. They were super kind and took care of all of her needs, including lifting her onto the scale/table since she was scared of it. Her vaccines were quick and easy, they didn't push anything that she may not necessarily need. They answered some questions and listened to my concerns, which I'm very thankful for. All in all, great service for a fair price. Thank you!”

“This is my favorite spot. I am a big fan of Singapore noodles which not all places have, and the few that do aren't always good - they are THE BEST here. The curry chicken is the same way! I like their orange chicken and pepper steak as well. I usually order curry dishes as I am a big curry fan and every curry dish I have had here has been the BEST in town. I have been coming here for 7 years now and I have NEVER been disappointed with my food or service.”

“I've used "curbside pickup" three times here. Twice it was on weekday evenings & amazingly fast. The one really slow experience was on a weekend at night, which I think is understandable. Order accuracy has been perfect each time (both pickup & delivery). Delivery has been great 4 of the 5 times I've placed an order. The one exception was late night, but they waited a full hour to call & tell me they weren't able to deliver. By the time I was notified, it was too late to place an order elsewhere. This is the only reason I'm not granting 5 stars.”
