“I have lived at these apartments on 3 different occasions. I’ve lived on both sides and had a 1,2, and 3 bedroom apartment during those 3 different stays(2015,2018,2021). I have always and will always recommend these apartments. From being a single girl in her 20’s to a mom living alone with her toddler here at one point, I have always felt safe. The maintenance was always quick to fix any issues even though they were short staffed. They were always pleasant as well as everyone in the office tried their best to be accommodating. You won’t get a better experience anywhere else and the amenities are top knotch. Trust me.”

The office staff has been great, but there is this one lady in the office by the name of Ms. Brenda, OMG she is amazing, She really works w/ you. Ms. Brenda is understanding, and not your typical office staff member on NUMEROUS occasions she has gone over and beyond to help my daughter. I can not express how Thankful we are for her, The compassion she shows is awesome. But she keeps it very professional at all times. I would HIGHLY recommend any one that's looking for an apt. to choice these.”

“I moved here from Puerto Rico, my daughter is at MTSU. Been here since August 2021. I must admit, I didn’t see the apartment before moving in. I thought it had 1.5 bathrooms, it didn’t, I work from home, so my office was going to be downstairs, but if there is not a half bath, I better put my desk upstairs 🥺, that’s why only 4stars. I love it here, had issues with wasps, roaches, they took care of it. The apartment is the right size. The maintenance Sir is amazing and the ladies at the office too. The complex is big, but it is quiet and clean. We really like it here.”

“Christian and Leslie were honest, patient, kind and most importantly, have deep connections with the area. This made our first-time home buying experience flawless and successful. As a military couple, this meant a lot, we needed a house quickly during a chaotic PCS season. We had one weekend to find a home, and Christian spent hours driving us around to help us understand the area and homes available. He respected our wishes and worked with our budget. He was able to multi-task and worked to find us slots to get in and see homes within minutes. Leslie helped us close on our home from states away, and helpfully explained any naive question I had. “Ray did a great job. There was no project we needed done that he did not have a contact that would get the job done ASAP. We were able to get the property on the market and sold within 6 months from the day of signing the contract. We had 20 traces to get surveyed, soil work done and sold. “Yesterday was Bill's birthday. We had to stay home just like everyone else due to the weather. We had to postpone the only thing Bill wanted for his birthday- a sushi dinner out on the town. Around 5:30 we were watching a movie and there was a knock on the door. Before Bill could answer, we heard the happy birthday song being sung by a crowd out in the hallway. Bill was greeted in song and shouts of "Happy Birthday!" They brought him breakfast snacks from the bistro. There were lots of laughs and then they were gone. Here's the best part. As Bill opened a package of cheese and nuts, he said, "Aw, I have friends here." To me, that was like a million dollar gift. I almost cried. Avenida is a place of friendship and joy.”
