“Loved staying here except the neighbors I ended up having they were so loud and inconsiderate running around upstairs it sounded like a horse was up there BOTH tenants, at late hours of the night they didn’t care! If you don’t want to be bothered by running etc I suggest moving to the third floor, staff was friendly, maintenance was on point! The ppl here were very communicative as well anytime something was changing or testing needed to be done they would tell you a week in advance! Overall very quiet and clean spacious place to live at! Only thing that can be a bit annoying as well is the parking! If we didn’t purchase a home I would still be living here I truly enjoyed it for the most part!”

“We were lucky enough to have stayed here "Down on the farm" in the "Dove Cottage" for four days with my brother and his wife. The cabin was perfect. It was clean, organized and stocked with the small essentials. One of the owners, Billy was so easy to work with. Communication was spot on. In the end, if you have the need for a large or small event such as a wedding, this place is set up beautifully. They have a large outdoor covered area for many, many people. Although I'm not too fond of how the bottom apartments on MOST of the buildings don't have a rail to separate your patio from the grass/parking lot. But overall management is nice, understanding, and willing to answer all your questions in a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments for a first time renter or family. Very nice and quiet area to live.”
