(September 16, 2022, 1:43 pm)Could not ask for better customer service! Bought new A/C unit after purchasing a dud from a different (Explore USA Rockport) place. These guys said to drop off the unit with them & they would test it for us (what? The other place said they needed our whole rv with a/c connected to be able to test it & blah, blah, blah to think about getting us our money back) (see my Explore USA Rockport review for more info)
Amazingly enough we (customer Jason Wyeth) were issued a refund not even 24 hrs later for the faulty unit we didn't even purchase there.

Gave me a lot of advice for a newbie! Helped fixed all my problems and knew so much! Would highly recommend the service side! You guys rock! Will be using y’all in the future!! Thank you so much!

(September 22, 2021, 10:10 am)We have a warranty that requires us to have our RV inspected yearly by a certified technician (separate from state inspection). We used to hook it up and drive to Corpus Christi until we found Hooked Up RV. They are local, super friendly and very professional. They not only keep us compliant, they have come out several times to fix issues we have had. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to answer questions. Their store is equipped with several items or can order non-stock items.
I would recommend Hooked Up RV to both novice and expert Rv’ers.
