Moondog Seaside Eatery

I had dinner there with my Dad and Sister in June while having a little family get away. Everyone was very happy with their meals and I must say that the fried shrimp plate I had was outstanding. The serving size was great and the freshness was amazing. Exactly what you would expect from a bay view venue such as this. As for the views they are first rate as well. An incredible place to sit, relax and have a drink and dinner with some friends while you watch the boats cruise by.

I really loved the location and atmosphere here. The menu was great and everyone enjoyed the food. The portions were pretty big which is nice if you like to share or take leftovers. The staff seemed pretty young on average but very nice and gave really decent service on a busyish night. I'll definitely eat here again next time I'm in town!

This was the first time going here and it was a pleasant surprise. The jumbo gulf shrimp were the best and most tender I have ever had. They nearly melt in your mouth, and their tarter sauce was a great compliment to them. My wife got the broiled shrimp which were good, but nothing like the jumbo. The next time we're in the Rockport/Fulton area, we will go there again.

This was our first visit but definitely not our last! It was very busy but our waiter Adam was the very best! The food was great! Oysters Rockefeller were the best we’ve ever had, fresh from the water, and the view from the deck was perfect. Live music, cold beer, great server and fresh seafood, what more could you want at the beach??
