My elderly neighbor called me the other day as she had some visitors from out of town that had car issues. I recommended CAR to them. I am so pleased with the text I received from them after the car was fixed. This is what the text to me said, "Thank you for helping my friends. They were very impressed with the auto repair place (CAR). It wasn't the alternator and they fixed the problem. She was so excited for their honesty and being kind to her". End of quote! Bob and his staff have worked on my family's autos well over 20 times over the past many years. They always do their very best and they have never once charged me for something I didn't need and have many times offered me less expensive ways to repair my car. They are excellent and I I'm proud to give them my highest recommendation.
Took my car into Certified Auto after our voltage light came on. They determined it to be an alternator problem. After putting part on we were notified of a humming noise coming from alternator and it overheating and were informed we had got a bad warranty (rebuilt) part from Oriellys. Bob did us a solid on the second installation for a fair price and car is fixed and running good. Now off to Oriellys to put in a claim for the bad part. Bob was also very patient helpful with my questions after the first install and the course of action to take to get us back on the road.
