  Quaint little RV park in the heart of Rockport. Ms. Priscilla the owner is amazing. We are here for several months, great value with free laundry, wifi and direct tv.

  We stayed for 1 month. Owner was very courtesy and attended to all of our needs. Neighbors were very nice and friendly. Park is all concrete which is nice and very clean. Walking distance to grocery store HEB. We enjoyed how clean and centralized the park was. Thank you for stay.

  I have lived here since the beginning. As I do not recognize the names of the people who gave negative reviews I would disregard them .Not something I would usually say, since people's opinions are valuable. But I find it extremely difficult to believe that anyone who had actually lived here could write a negative review. We are a small community, and are blessed with a landlord who actually cares about her tenants. Problems & issues are handled so swiftly it is like they didn't happen. Yes there are many amenities included; laundry, direct TV, a nice little grilling area. But it is the owner who sets the tone. And the one here is like a family community.

  We have been residents at Rockport Central RV Park for almost 5 years. This is the nicest rv park we have ever stayed at. It is blocks - not miles - from HEB and Walmart. Anything else we need is close by. This park is 100% concrete, served by all city utilities, and has amenities like DirecTV with 162 channel - not a short list cable offerings. We enjoy really great internet service, new laundry facilities and machines that are included in the price. Residential electric rates are unique to this park which saves a bundle! The entire park and structures were recently built and are constantly maintained. Beautiful flowering plants are part of the landscape. We have never heard of Betsy Hanna or Dawn Anderson who posted negative comments on this site! This is a great RV park and a really great value. It deserves the best of reviews!

  Very nice, well kept RV Park! Friendly residents. All concrete throughout, lots of shade. City utilities, Direct TV, wifi, new laundry facilities included in price. Good location in center of town, near HEB and Wal-Mart. Renovated a few years ago - Google Earth images are out of date.
