(August 25, 2020, 10:36 pm)There can be site flooding if there is a lot of rain. We haven't had any this year. Only certain sites flood, mine never has. Very well kept, safe, fairly quiet, helpful neighbors. Management is very helpful and keeps the grounds, pools, clubhouse, etc clean and safe. Large group of permanent residents whose RV is here and they aren't. We all know who they are and keep an eye out. Good place to live long term.
