I went to ford of Pleasanton and right away the staff was helpful and very friendly. While I was getting my car fixed Nicholas was more than happy to keep me updated on the work being done. They were reasonable with the pricing. I recommend this location.

The people here are always friendly and courteous. The problem was diagnosed, and they gave me a price before starting the work. I was kept informed during my wait about the progress on my vehicle. None of us ever like to have work done, but I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the fair price in doing so.

Santana, our salesperson, was awesome!!! She is very kind and accommodating and really puts forth the effort to being helpful!! The dealership has a low pressure atmosphere and the sales manager was very helpful and worked with us on our trade in!!!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a newer vehicle to check them out!!!

Worked with Jojo to get this off the lot for my first car purchase. They worked fast and efficient and tried there absolute best to make the buying process as smooth as possible. As a car salesman my self this place cares for their customers. Only bad thing I can say was there trade in offers are low. But besides that I’d recommend them for a vehicle.
